Anyone know of a good AGB (lab band) Dr. surgeon in Dallas, TX?

Does anyone know a good AGB surgeon in Dallas PREFARABLY one that partook in the clinical trials? I am considering both the Molina band and the AGB and want to gather as much info as possible. Thanks in advance
