What do you think of Dr. Lauter in Kirkland Wa?

My friend is looking into RNY-lap surgery and I told her I would ask all of you. My Doc is too far away for her although I think he was A++. How far does Dr Lauter bypass, how is his before and after care? What does he require pre-op? Appreciate any answers, thanks.
