I've gained 3 lbs 4months post op, has anyone else done this?

My nutritionist said i'm not losing 10lbs a month like the Dr. wants, sometimes I feel like my stomach isn't smaller I can't tell when I'm not hungry or I am hungry. I wonder if anyone else has felt this way.
