I discovered Rice Protein and was wondering
How well we absorb this? I cannot tolerate whey at all, severe gas and cramping and loose BM. Soy is ok but after a while the taste gets a bit overbearing. From what I have read the rice is a complete protein. The powder I purchased has 58 calories and 12 grams of protein per tablespoon! A little goes a long way to my protein needs and actually tastes pretty good. Wendy
