Can you buy premixed protien drinks?

I have been on many diets where I had to drink shakes that you mix with water or milk. They really make me gag! Can you buy protien drinks in a can like slim fast comes in. Also how about the protien bars? It will probally be Sept or October before my surgery date. What can I do in the mean time to shed a few pounds to prepare myself for the surgery? Thanks
