Seeking Diet Historry/Exercise Regime of those 6 Months Post Op

What you ate & for how long from day one. Examples would be great. Like .. If you say liquid diet give a few examples .. Or soft diet ... give a few examples. Also how soon you exercised. What exercises you did. And what you are doing now both in diet & exercise. Your help will be much appreciated.
