At 3.5 mos p/o, I am wondering if I'm eating too much.....
I am down 62 pounds, feeling great, can eat most things actually. Breakfast is oatmeal w/ banana or lately protein shake then a banana mid-morning. Lunch is l/2 sandwich and fruit, mid-afternoon fruit or popcorn, dinner is about 2 oz of meat, one or two vegees or perhaps pasta w/ meatballs (about 3/4 cup)and I'm drinking about 100-150 oz of water daily. I'm beginning to have some hair loss so I'm pushing protein and sip Extreme Pure Pro w/ iced tea or crystal lite all day. A member here helped me find a good protein that I like so I do the shake in AM usually but also in evening if I'm craving on occasion. What do any of you think?
