I want to maximize my window of opportunity.
I am going all protein with little in the carb department. I know that milk has a lot of sugar so I am trying to go very easy on it, but I really love dairy! I also want the calcium, I'm young and haven't given birth yet! I exercise as best as someone who just had foot surgery can but I can't seem to get enough water and protein in. My eating habits have changed drastically in the past month (8 weeks out)--I cannot eat more that 1/4 cup of food at the most and I hate Proteinex! Any tips on getting in the protein without constant snacking? Oh, and I've developed a strong dislike for most protein powders! HELP!
