For people who aren't having plastic surgery...

I am waiting on a surgery date but have been approved. I see alot of woman get to sizes 10 and under that started at my size (300lbs 5'6).How many had to have plastic surgery to achieve that? I already know I will not be able to have plastic surgery but would still like to get to a size 10. Can anyone let me know their stats without plastic surgery? I'm only 20 so I'm hoping my skin might bounce back a little.
