Does champus/trigon ever cover arm surgery and / or tummy tucks

At this point i dont even want to face surgery again but i was wondering for future use if Champus (retired mil) Trigon ever covers the "arm" surgery for bat wings or the tummy tuck. Ive heard you have to have a hernea but just wondring...
