Does anyone know of any legislation concerning WLS in the state of West Virginia?

I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me if there is legislation in the state of West Virginia pertaining to the coverage of WLS by insurance companies. If not, would someone please tell me how I could find this information out via the internet? Thank you very much.
