DC - Anyone on the D.C , Maryland area to recommend a plastic surgeon?

I have recently been told I have a hernia and that it can be fixed when I get a tummy tuck, but... The DR I'm seeing will not try to get my surgery approved by my insurance, so I'll have to selfpay for both when the hernia repair can be covered!!! I need to find a Dr that will do both and who will at least attempt to get Insurance Approval.I'll appreciate your help a lot.
