Can you use homemade applesauce as a base for your protein if made with Splenda?
I'm a pretty good cook and would like to learn now how to adapt some recipes for post-op. I love homemade applesauce and wanted to try to make some with Splenda. I thought for diversity it could be a good base for a non flavored protein to get the protein in. Do you dump with Applesauce and is it an ok post-op food (minus skins and strained not chunky). Thanks!
