What do I need to help my approval?

I have been going through voc rehab to have the surgery. I have been approved once but i still have to go through 2 more. My case worker told me today to get anything that would be a positive. I have all my medical records, a letter from my PCP, chiropractor, and gyno. Anyone have any ideas of something else that would help? I don't really have anyone telling me exactly what they need form me to get completely approved so i just want to make sure i get everything possible. thanks everyone
