Can anyone suggest a good PCP in Tampa/Brandon/Plant City

i have BCBS health options, HMO and they have to be approved to take that. if you read my bio towards december to present, you can see the problems i had with my old PCP, but the new one is no better. i need someone with a good bedside manner, definatley WLS savvy and friendly. i would prefer a doctor that will do refills over the phone. thanks for your help.
