i am having a real tuff time walking and getting around

and the journey for this surgery is taking forever. so many doctors have looked at me, but no one sees me. if they did, they would see i am dying inside. my mom says, well just loose weigh while your waiting. what is wrong with me, why cant i even lose a few pounds.
