Can anyone help me find a PCP in Plant City?

and my surgeon, (Dr. Haicken) is in Largo. i found out an hour ago that the reason my pcp has been dragging his feet on my referral letter is because he has not intentions of writing it. he says (at 415lbs mind you), that my health problems could all be caused by other things than weight. JESUS, i cant beleive him. i found out from the nurse, he just didnt realized how much work it has taken and he is done with it. when i asked to talk to him, he rufuses. all my testing is done. i need an angel PCP, who will take over at the end.
