Im 5 days post op feeling some pressure and fullness in pouch area

I just want to know, myabe im taking my pills to fast. I take them about 5 min apart. I've only "pottied" about a thumb size (urninate good) but it just feels uncomfortable. Is this norm? I have experienced no vomiting or nausea but this makes me feel too full. any hints?
