HELP - 5-1/2 months postop and 6 weeks pregnant.

I am in a bit of bind...I am 5-1/2 months post from open RNY and I have found out that I am six weeks pregnant. I have lost 60 pounds up until now. Will this weight loss continue during pregnancy or will I gain? If anyone has any knowledge on this topic, please help me!! Thanks!
