Does anyone get Migraine headaches?

I used to get migraines occasionally, but haven't had one for over 10 years. Now, at 9 months post op, I have had two in about 10 days with all the related neurological affects. I sure thought I had outgroen them & am NOT happy to have them back. Has anyone else noticed a recurrence of migraines? What do you do for your migraines? Does anyone else have trouble speaking & thinking clearly while in the throes of a migraine? Thanks for your help.
