Does anyone know if insurance will pay for liposuction in the thigh area?

My insurance did pay for a Panni & lipo in my stomach area, but I do not know if they will pay for the thighs, Does it have to be deemed medically necessary? If not I will pay for it, But it is about $5000.00 for 2 sections, hip and thighs.
