This is a little premature, since I still have 38 days till surgery,

but I was wondering if any post-ops have eaten, or tried to eat turkey jerky. I am a vegetarian, who only eats chicken, turkey and fish. It would be nice if I could get my protein while traveling with the turkey jerkey. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
