What kinds of pains should you be feeling with RNY ulcer?

I have been having severe pain in my stomach for the past three weeks. It seems to occur any time I eat or drink. It can also occur whether I eat or not. My doctor is treating it like an ulcer, however medication is not assisting in any manner. I have tried Losec, no success, and now have been put on Pantoloc. Has anyone else suffered similar conplaints?
