Need doctor that excepts H.I.P referrals

I already have a meeting with my doctor who excepts G.H.I. but now my cousin is having a problem finding a doctor to except a referral from H.I.P. Does anyone have any suggestions? This weight problem runs in the family now it would be nice if we can beat it together. Barbara
