Has anyone had MEDCAID pay for plastic surgery

I had a VBG in 1998 and lost 115lbs. I have severe back pain & groin infections,that I think is somewhat due to the excess skin on my abdomen. Has anyone had medicaid cover a lower body lift in FLORIDA? Please email me directly because I can never locate the answers to the questions I ask on here..
