Is there nayone who has not needed a TT or any other kind of PS?

All- I am truley amazed at some of the results of these WLS ppl, i can only hope that i am just as lucky to look as good. But,i find it hard to believe that some of these women have flat stomachs with no skin hanging, without surgery. If this true please please tell me how, so after my surgery i know what to do, because i cant afford to have a TT. ?? Curious
