Has anyone had gastric problems durning pregancy.

I have had wonderfull sucess with my RNY of almost 3 years now, losing 180 pounds. I have gained the normal 20 pounds at my 7 month mark. I had morning sickness for 3 months which I contribute to just being pregnant. For the last month I have had horrible upper stomach pain and cramps. I'm so afraid we may be overlooking a possible complication with the RNY and I wonder if other expecting mothers have developed problems that needed medical attention other than OB care.When should I say hey this isn't right and start making them run medical screens?
