What will happen? chocate candy 3 weeks out

Not that I am going to try it or anything! Just very curious! I am 3 weeks post-op. What would happen if I happened to grab some chocolate or even sucked on some candy? Is the diet the doctor put me on a DIET? Or is it really for my health and protection of my pouch? Again, don't worry... I am not about to experiment. I so do not want to get sick or anything.
