Has anyone had luck with BC/BS of Texas paying for plastic surgery?

I just found out that BC/BS of Texas denied my abdomiplasty/hernia repair because it is "cosmetic". I have horrible rashes, bleeding, and general discomfort from the excess skin. Can anyone give me advice on getting approval on an appeal? Thanks!
