3 and 1/2 months post-op lipo, and I have a swollen lump all of a sudden!

I am 3 and 1/2 months post-op lipo on my thighs, hips, and lower buttocks. I went on vacation last week and spent one day doing quite a bit of walking, and noticed at the end of the day I had a large lump on my lower right hip. It was larger than an egg, and quite firm. Is this a seroma? Has anyone else had this happen? I'm wearing my binder again to try to get it to go down. It's been four days now. Anyone?
