not only did Vickie ( [email protected] ) from the HTML team admit someone had messed my profile up, she did a killer job creating two NEW profiles for me. I've got a letter on there that I wrote to the insurance company as well as a link to the story about my RNY that ran on my first re-birthday in the newspaper I write for. So, thank you Vickie!
