This isn't a question, just something GREAT I found for protien

I am 2 weeks post op today (and lost 30 lbs!), but it has been super hard to get my protien in. But, I found an awesome way to do it, and I thought it might help some suffering post ops. I mix my protien supplement w/ milk, which adds 8g of protien, and I mix it with 1/3c of powdered milk, adding another 8g of protien. So with my supplement it comes out to about 46g of protien for an 8oz shake. This was so heavy I couldn't get it all down...SO! If you mix it with a little fruit (too much gives a bit too much fiber and sugar), I use 2 frozen strawberries. You can freeze it (in a popcicle mold) and it goes down slowly, and 2 of them a day is 90+ grams of protien. All this with no upset stomach. Oh, and another plus? It really helps the taste.
