Will I have trouble with weight gain post-op while taking anti-depressants?

I tried asking this question last night but it must have gotten lost. I put on 40+ pounds when I went on anti-depressants. I am still on them and it looks like I will be on them for some time to come. My surgery is next week and I worry about gaining the weight back, not losing the weight, having difficulty losing, all because of the anti-depressant. I put most of it on while on Paxil and Effexor. I was switched to Wellbutrin XL and it has worked great along with Lexapro. Now I will be changing to bupropion a generic Wellbutrin that I will need to take 3-4 times a day. Anti-depressants have such a bad reputation for weight gain. How does this effect us after surgery?
