Help I am having cramps and Tylenol does nothing.

What can I take that is not prescription and I can get over the weekend to help. The tylenol doesnt even touch it and never has worked for me. I have taken some liquid motrin and it works great but I know that I am not suppose to take that. Any suggestions????
