Do you think you dump worse at different times than others on the same kind of food?

I'll admit up front that I have eaten things that I shouldn't, and I'm aware of that so NO FLAMING please! So here's the point - I ate a Krispy Kreme donut Monday with no ill side effects. Yesterday, I ate 1 tablespoon of jelly on a biscuit, and dumped terribly (major nausea, had to poo immediately). I thought, surely I didn't dump on that smidgen of sugar. So last night I ate one chocolate chip cookie, and I'll be darned if the same thing didn't happen again! (Which, by the way, I'm VERY GLAD that my dump-o-meter is working. It will help keep me in line!) Anyways, I have eaten up to three of those chocolate chip cookies before with no ill effects! I wonder why I am MORE sensitive right now than at other times? Any thoughts?
