LapBand food amounts

Ok, i would like to get some examples of "How much"; how many cc fills you have and how long you been banded. My doctor has been agressive . I got a 3 cc fill this week. Had my first meal today (after 3 days liquids) and I cant tell any restrictions!!!!!!! Am I wrong, but shouldnt the restrictions eventually be alot?
