Has anyone had the ABG and had problems with leaks?

I had my lapband done by Dr.Rumbaut in Monterrey Mexico on June 4th. SInce that time I have lost extremely little and have learned that there is a problem with my apparatus. Has anybody else had this problem? How did your doctor handle it?
