Stricture Possible at Nine Months?
I had a stricture at 4 months and the doctor warned that another one would be possible but I found that I was eating well after the stricture was opened up. After a couple of months, I felt very good about the way I was able to eat and the doctor thought the danger for stricture was over. Now I'm almost at 9 months and have been finding that lately (last week or so) I'm having a lot of trouble eating more than a few bites at any one time and if I do, I throw it back up (which I haven't done in months). The result is that I'm feeling hungry and not satisfied all the time. I normally don't have a problem with liquids and last night I had a half of a glass of water and kept feeling like it was going to come back up. Is it possible that another stricture has formed or could it be something else?
