How quickly could I get Walter Lindstrom to help with my appeal

I should be getting my denial letter in the mail no later than Thursday. I have a surgery date of 9/30/03. Does anyone know if with Walter Lindstrom packages that he offers one of them is for an expedited appeal and have you ever done this. How much did it cost and when was this? I know that his has gotten really busy this year. I won't be able to use him if it takes 60 to 90 days. Has anyone used Walter Lidstrom recently? Thanks in advance for you help Anniee
