Has anyone had leg pain, since being post-op?

I have a friend who is 3 months post-op and she weighs 186lbs and she is having severe pain in her legs, like a pin feeling. She just came back to work and she fell at work, and then she fell again at home, and she says that she doesn't get any warning of it it just happens, if anyone has had this problem please let me know so i can give her some suggestions. She takes all of her vitamins, water etc....
