Dump on Cheerios and Milk at Six Months???
I just passed six months and to date I have not dumped at all. I have avoided sugar steadfastly but because I've had it inadvertently in foods I have assumed I simply don't dump. I drank Lactaid for about 3 months but after having cereal with skim milk a couple of times without dumping, felt that was unnecessary and switched back to regular skim milk. I usually don't eat cereal but like it on Sundays when my family is eating together and reading the paper. Today I had 2 small bowls Cheerios (regular, no sugar) and skim milk and afterwards felt extremely nauseous (like I was going to throw up but didn't) and shaky. Very very yucchy. Is this dumping? Why would it occur now and not previously especially if I haven't been that sensitive to foods?
