I want to start on, but have no idea what to do to get it going??

Ok, I am ready for my consult..have to travel nearly 2 hrs for support group meetings...I know there are atleast 20 people in my rural area that have had WLS, I know they too have to make that long trip for a meeting. I want to start a group LOCALLY so that we can have LOCAL support. Has anyone started a group and can share w/me the dos/donts, ins/outs, what to do, who to call, I need everything. Does anyone know anything about it????? HELP!! THANKS & MUCH LOVE
