What Does A Dumping Headache Feel Like?

I have yet to dump on sugar because I tend to avoid it most of the time but sometimes after eating something that contains "some" sugar I get a headache that seems to be on the top of my head (hard to explain) and a slight bit of nausea and I was wondering how other people feel when they are having a reaction to sugar but it's not a full blown dump?
