Does anyone take daily antibiotics?

Before surgery I was on Minocyclin for adult acne. I've always been on this or some form of cycline my adult life. My surgeon said to wait after surgery because perhaps with the dietary change my complexion would clear. That was true for the first 3 months but suddenly I'm all broken out again. I won't return to it without his approval but I was wondering if anyone else takes antibiotics and what kind and in what form. Thanks.
