This Pill Thing Again...

I am still struggling with the medication issue. I took a pill this morning with some water which I have been doing successfully over the past few days. However, this morning it felt like I had swallowed a brick (I never experienced pain before today taking this pill) I took another drink of water and it came right back up. The pill never came up. Did it get stuck????? Would taking with food help?
