Can we divide post op questions by surgical types?

I had VBG and even though VBGers may be a minority in this website, it would be helpful to be able to access info from other VBGs only! We have picked the best procedure that we can for us and I feel get little support. Most of the remarks seem to be negative from other surgical types. We should be able to get positive help from our peers so separating into surgical types post op would be extremely helpful.
