Question about chocolate?
Hi, I just read a post about a fabulous fudge recipe for the holidays and I have a question. Can we eat chocolate? I thought it was too high in sugar and have steered clear of it since my surgery. Or can we use semi sweet chocolate OR is there sugar free chocolate that we can bake with. I use Splenda in everything I make, but I was afraid chocolate would hurt me. If not PLEASE let me know as I need to make some things for work for the holidays!! Have a happy!
