Anyone had a TT and or breast lift before reaching goal weight?

I would like to loose another 50 pounds or so and have a consult with a reconstructive surgeon today. I was scheduled to see him in 2 months actually but there was a cancelation so I took the appointment. I know the insurance approval will take some time also. I would like to hear from anyone that has had a tummy tuck abdomnioplasty before reaching goal and what the effects were once you reached goal. Still nice and tight? Wish you waited? I know the ideal would be to be at goal or near but I would really like to get this over :-) Thanks so much!
