Can anyone recommend a surgeon who does the Lap-Band - Ins. HealthNet

I live Norhern NJ, I have made so many phone calls. I can't find a doctor who does the Lap-Band and takes HealthNet? Does anyone have experience with HealthNet and qualifying? I am anxious to start the process. Thanks, I have found so many answers to my questions here, this is a wonderful group!
