Does anyone know of a PS in Nashville who accepts insurance???

I have an appt with a goo dPS but they do not accept insurance. The nurse told me that no PS will. And that no insurance will cover a TT/Arm lift even if I have a dermatologist who has documented profo that it's medically necessary. Anyone know of one in Nashville/surrounding areas who does accept insurance? I got this PS directly off my insurers website so I'm a bit confused. And the cost of what I want done without insurance paying is roughly 15 grand. Not too bad but it's a new car and not sure if we can be approved for hte load to get it and pay out of pocket. :( Thanks!
